Last week I wrote about Really Easy Responsive Columns in WordPress. In that post I recommended using Justin Tadlock’s Grid Columns plugin which did a great job of adding columns to your posts. The one downside was it didn’t collapse down to a single column at smaller widths.
What I was after was a plugin that would let me put columns into wordpress blogs. I didn’t want to be tied to a particular theme. I just wanted a plugin that would work with any theme at all. I also wanted the columns to collapse down into one column for mobile sizes.
I’m leaving this post up because it does work but you can find my latest solution to this problem here – Really Easy Responsive Columns in WordPress 2 – the Plugin Solution – 17th January 2014
